Biography
Starlene Antares the Rising Sun
Sigil of the Twilight Sky
Grand Sigil of the Holy
Born into a Feir'Dal family, Starlene's father, a human, had betrayed his adopted people to the Crushbone orcs. He fled when his treachery was discovered leaving behind a shattered family, including an infant daughter who would suffer the stigma of being the offspring of a traitor. Starlene grew up with a strong desire to atone for her father's sins by helping and aiding others whenever possible. She became a devout follower of Tunare, and her love of nature lead her to follow the path of the druid. When she came of age, she claimed her family's surname and became Starlene Antares.
Not too long after this, she learned about Sigils, a guild founded on the dreams and ideals that their members represent. Starlene chose the Sigil of the Twilight Sky. When day turns into night and night into day, in between is the twilight--a symbol of the ever changing passage of time. Starlene chose this as her Sigil because she too will strive to be the twilight sky by helping others with their transitions from one of life's challenges to the next.
She and another Sigil, Keats Lovesonnet Sigil of the Silver Tongue, have a daughter together named Starlet (who would later go by the Elder Elvish translation of her name "Elenai"). Starlene's father came into the picture again, and kidnapped Starlene and her child. He was confronted by the Sigils and met his demise. Sadly Starlene's mother, Essa, perished while aiding in their rescue.
Starlene would serve many roles and officership positions within Sigils but her current one, and the position she enjoys the most, is the Grand Sigil of the Holy Order. She takes her duty to tend to the Sigils in the cleric, shaman, druid and beastlord professions seriously, and works hard to live up to high standards of the guild and her own.
One day a servant of Ro requested help in gathering various food related needed for Solusek Ro who planned to hold a grand feast. Starlene, along with some other Sigils worked together, but since only one of them could take credit, they chose Starlene. Touched by her friends' generosity, Starlene agreed, and the servant of Ro rewarded the druidess with her new title "The Rising Sun".
