EQ is running. I've rebooted, tried started eq first, then magelo sync... magelo sync first and then eq. everything I could...

Hi pinkfloydx33x,
Thanks for the log. It looks like Magelo Sync can't connect to the server.
Do you have a firewall? If yes, please make sure you did not block outgoing connection for Magelo Sync.

No firewall. I log into magelo sync just fine and it detects eq, just not the characters.

last time i tried, this still wasn't working. was anything fixed? i just subscribed to magelo premium before all of this and if its not working there is no reason for me to have that service

Sorry pinkfloydx33x for this late reply.
We are currently working on the update of Magelo Sync to support the latest game patch, applied on March 16 for the 13th anniversary of Eq. This is not a small patch and we worked on it all the week-end. We should be able to update Magelo Sync today and you can keep an eye on the homepage news where we will post an update.
Please do not worried, you will be able to try again to sync your character soon and we will compensate you for the time lost.

Magelo Sync has been patched yesterday and you have been granted some extra time to compensate for your long issue and for the downtime. Please check your email, I just sent you a message.
You can try again to sync and let me know how it goes. If an error still occurs, please try to describe exactly how it happens and post again a fresh log. Thank you!

Really sorry this issue happens again. Could you please post a fresh log?
To your knowledge, do you happen to use a Proxy? You can check this in your computer settings: control panel > Internet options > Connections tab > Lan settings button > Proxy server.

I am not using a proxy. No firewall is enabled on my PC. My Computer is placed on the DMZ on my router. I've tried with antivirus disabled also. I just uninstalled magelo completely. I am reinstalling Java runtime right now just to be sure and then will reinstall magelo. If I still have issues I will post a new log.

It is still not working. I've tried running through the launcher as well as using the patchme switch on EQ. Here is something weird: whenever its installing the program OR patching the game module, it kind of sits on the last kilobyte for a long time before finally succeeding. Not sure if this is normal or what. The EQ section of the program also tells me that I am using 0 of my character slots, but I'm in fact using one, as this is the profile I haven't updated in two years.
What is going on?! What steps would you like me to perform before submitting a log. Also, I forgot how to open the log file.

I think another user just had the same issue and found a solution!
Could you please double check the version of your Java (JRE) installed on your computer. We can have some problem with Java 7-64 bit. So you could try to uninstall it and install the 32 bit version of from here: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Magelo Sync should work fine then.
