Hi, I upgraded my Magelo account a week ago and have not been able to use Magelo Sync.
I see on the Latest News page that Magelo Sync has been patched! since the Wednesday, May 9
Game Update, but I continue to get messages when I run Sync:

eqgame.exe has been patched, Magelo
Sync will be updated soon to support
this version.

(I press the OK button and I get this message)
Magelo Sync is trying to
detect your currently logged
character, please wait.

If your character doesn't
appear after a few seconds,
let us know using the
support forum

My JRE is current and I have reinstalled Magelo Sync, but still have the same problem. Please check and advise.

EQ was patched on Monday with a new eqgame.exe. Everyone is getting this at the moment. Perhaps the magelo people don't know about this yet.

Really sorry we missed the game patch applied on Monday!
We are working on it and we will keep you posted as soon as you can sync your characters again.
We will also compensate all our Premium members with some extra time on their subscriptions for the time lost. We usually handle those kind of patch in one or 2 business days, so we are really sorry for this one!

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad you offer your customers the extension of services for time lost. That very much reassures my decision of becoming a subscribing member here. Thank You!

Magelo Sync has been patched and we have compensated our premium users with 3 extra days.
You can sync your characters again!
