We recently improved the tool to let you track your missing spells and disciplines.
First, this Premium feature is now accessible from the left menu, in the “Tools” section. Yes, it is not hidden anymore somewhere in your character’s management page. 
Then, you can now browse all your missing spells or disciplines per character and ignore the ones you are not interested in. In fact, many of you asked to be able to remove spells from your Missing Spells list to see properly the spells more critical to you at high levels. You just need now to click on the cross icon on the left side of the table to move a spell to the Ignore list.
Finally we put a system in place to filter out spells that are not available to your character in the game from the database. We already removed a few spells previously reported in the Bugs forum so don't hesitate to let us know when you find a spell that should not be there. Please don't move it to your ignore list, so we can properly clean the database. Thank you for your help!
On another subject, we also cleaned the database to filter out all class AAs that are not available in the game.

It says page not found when I click the link for missing spells and discs. Is this rehidden again?

Sorry about the confusion, the missing spells and disciplines moved in the new Collectibles tool, as well as the achievements. We will make an announcement very soon !
