I tried asking this question via Tech support but haven't gotten an answer. What's the story with Test server support? I just returned to EQ and immediately signed up for premium magelo but the client isn't working with the test server at the moment. Is this just temporary or a given?

They said its fixed but its still not working for me.. And it hasn't worked on test in months..

Keep an eye on this thread where we post updates regarding Magelo Sync status for the Test server.
We are currently working on a patch.
