I have been working all day trying to figure out why I keep getting this error every time I try to run Magelo sync. I have looked all over the place (possibly the wrong places) to get it fixed. I have uninstalled Java and reinstalled it to the most up to date version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Magelo Sync as well. Every time I try to load it I get a startup error. This is the log for the error. Any info will be much appreciated!

Hey there Purrhissmeow -

What version of Windows are you running (and is it 32 or 64-bit?). There may need to be a different version of Java installed before attempting to install/load Magelo.

There are two executables for Magelo Sync presented upon initial installation - only one goes to your desktop as a shortcut, but both are in the installation folder. Have you attempted using the other executable to run Magelo?

If this is a Java issue, Jelan will need to step in for further assistance.

Hi Purrhissmeow,

What is the system local of your Windows? You can find this information in your control panel (clock language and region / region and language). The error message indicates Magelo Sync don't find a file necessary for your locale. This can be a problem in your installation of Magelo Sync or a bug.

One thing you can try is going in the installation file of Magelo Sync on your computer (Program files / Magelo / Magelo Sync) and delete the files you will find in the Cache folder. Then try again to run Magelo Sync and let us know how it goes.
