First off, thanks for the great site/service. I know many friends in game who use and enjoy it. I namechanged from Elricvonclief http://eq.magelo.com/profile/2073762 to Elricv http://eq.magelo.com/profile/3384917 and I was wondering how to change the name here on Magelo? I have a free account (money is tight, sadly) and see Elricv listed as secondary on the account, and would like to change it to primary. Thank you for your time.

Hi elricvon, There was a problem when you synced your character after you changed his name ingame. We created a duplicate instead of updating your character. We are working on fixing this and I will let you know when it's done. Thank you for your kind words! We always appreciate
