EverQuest has been patched on July 22, 2015. The Patch Notes is available in the game forum.
Magelo Sync has been updated and 4 extra days given to compensate for the downtime.

Done, sorry for the somewhat longer downtime, we have granted 4 extra days to compensate all of premium users already.

Hasnt been uploaded to the Sync download list yet I dont think. I still get 4.4.1 when downloading and installing.

Hi Darshan,
It really should work, just checked. For reference, 4.4.1 is Magelo Sync version and each game we support is loaded has module with their own version. EQ should be at revision 1.4.79. That version appears in the log when the module loads.

It's not working. The 4.4.1 Sync is run, it says it's patching, and then it stops and then it gives the usual error about EQ having been patched and waiting for a Magelo update. So, doesn't work

It gets to about 105kb of patching and then appears to fail. I tried reinstalling (downloading Magelo again) and same problem.

OK - every time I run it, the patcher gets to a different amount, but so far no more than 110kb before stopping and then failing due to not being updated.

Java and EQ were at latest versions.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Magelo again and it seems to be working now.
Definitely something odd going on.

That's pretty strange Creac, would you happen to have changed your firewall / internet policies or something similar lately ? As you can see from the homepage, people are able to sync just fine now so it seems the problem is on your side.

No changes - could have been just a bit of bad luck and time specific connection issues to your server or something. But working now, so all good

Im still getting the error message about EQ was patched and a new version of Magelo coming. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled with multiple reboots but still no joy.

Mine is updating; however, the stats for all characters is WRONG (hps, AC, etc).

Hi mcfargus, please try to delete your magelo cache (the cache directory in your Magelo install dir) and restart Magelo Sync.
Varjos4, that is very strange because I just checked and all stats are good on my side. Remember that as non premium member, you have to update your gear manually, you must have missed something.
