To give you a few more specifics:
- It is not the same gear that is missing, it is different items depending on the sync. It is not consistent.
- Regarding the detection of the character
 , sometimes it will detect 1 or both (I have 2 accounts that I use), other times it will not detect any. Completely inconsistent. I can run sync multiple times, back-to-back and the results will vary, from no characters detected to only one (could be either one) to none.
- You should develop a program that allows you to automatically pull a log file if there are problems. Would allow for quicker detection and hopefully resolution.

- Ya it makes sense. The root issue happens while reading the game memory and it's indeed very random.
- We already log any errors that happen with Magelo Sync using an hosted Sentry server.
Kiillz, you presume wrong but I had to work on patching Magelo Sync for the latest EQ patch as well.
So Magelo Sync has now been patched and include some work toward fixing / understanding the issue better.
Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

It might be an intermittent flaw because I just got a successful sync after about 10 tries.
