There is no agent, there is just me, I need to catch up with my backlog of tickets but a quick look at it does not show any ticket from 'MIZMHG' account. Did you submit your ticker under a different magelo account ?

It is assigned to "Iolina" from the Help tab. I'm unable to pm you to forward the request, how can I proceed?

Hey sorry for the super late feedback, the ticket should not had been assigned to loulina, I will have to fix that. I just poste a reply on the ticket.
