Hi! I am using Windows 10 with the Chrome browser. For months I've been having trouble updating my characters. It's usually hit and miss. I don't know if it's new gear that throws it off or what. Now none of my top four characters will sync. The accounts are:

Even my 2nd lvl character Poxxy wouldn't update so it's not the lvls that are creating the problem. I was also wondering if and when Magelo will be updating for the new bank slots.

Before this log's try, I cleared the \cache and \logs subfolder and removed "sync.properties", in case some old stuff is in the way.
Don't mind the error at [2019-08-20 11:40:49], I had a typo in first passwort entry.
edit I tried to syncronize another character (Enshi) - success. So there's something wrong with Hsishi  .
edit 2 Hsishi's Overview page shows actual update time, despite the Sync client's error message. But the char's gear is still old state.

I'm sorry, but no. It's not updating properly still. Otuni updated but with old gear. it's showing her not having Conflagrant gear. I am perplexed and now the subscript has lapsed. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is still not updating correctly. NOT FIXED

Update: Are you sure you gave me another 30 days. I tried updating and it says that now I don't have enough game slots. I had the 5 extra before. Maybe you didn't give me the other 5 slots I also had? Anyhow, out of the 4 accounts I checked, (Dvero's, Berem's, Otuni's, and Oliviana's and all on separate accounts), all but the characters on Otuni's account seemed to sync okay. She still shows old gear. I guess she was on one of the other slots. There is really no way of checking for sure without the other slots and I don't really want to purchase the 5 slots again now as that would mess up the syncing of my billing. Thanks for any help you can give me, Jelan.
