When I click the sync button I get the following errors. Pop up error is "An error occurred when synchronizing the characters: null" and then under latest sync a red X with error message that reads, "An error has occurred during synchronization. Please try again later."

I'm getting the same error. All was well yesterday but I noticed Magelo Sync seemed to download an update when loading today. Now I get the sync error.

Same here. I am hoping this had nothing to do with resolving the Suffix bug yesterday. Mine stopped syncing around 20:00 hours (Pacific time) last night.

Fixed, silly omission on my part while i deployed the latest update to fix the issue with character suffix.
I have granted 4 extra days to all our premium users to compensate for the time lost.
