I have three accounts, post Magelo sync, one of my accounts (my main) is not appearing to allow sync. I logged off the two accounts that are visible, the third is still not. I also logged to another character to the account that is not visible, same results, so it appears to be an issue with the whole EQ account or there is some sort of maximum account issues with Magelo. Next step recommendations? Thanks!

Hi mattszuk,

Can you please log the account you have an issue with, start Magelo Sync and post your Magelo Sync log (press CTRL + SHIFT + L), it should help us troubleshoot the issue, thanks.

I went to save the log file after running Magelo and all accounts are now visible. Unsure if you did something at your end or it just started working. I did nothing from my end.

Glad it's working now, i did nothing on my end though. There is a chance the issue will reappear later and if it does, the log will show us where is the culprit then.
