Keeping an eye on this thread. I moved servers just after I purchased a new subscription and was not able to add my toon to my magelo or update her. I hope the patch fixes our Magelo sync.

If we pay for 52 weeks and the service is off for a week, does that week get credited to our accounts?

Just wondering, week here, week there, week way over there...feels like i'm missing a month of service yearly on this.

I don't think many of you folks realize that Jelan is more or less running this entire site/service by themselves, each and every update to the EQ game client requiring Magelo Sync to be updated as well. This is also essentially the only site of its kind out there, so maybe have a little more patience and understanding, while being grateful that something like this service even still exists for such an old game.

Communication isn't a whole lot to ask for. There are no updates and no one answers their email.

And we are thankful. So much so that we pay for the service. I just want to make sure I'm getting for what I am paying for. Money exchanged....services rendered.

When you pay for a service that is not given, its ok to hold the person who's failing to provide the service accountable. If this was a free service it would be a different story, but it is not.

Ya sorry for the lack of communication this time around, I was a bit sick and this patch was kinda tricky, they changed a lot of things under the hood to try to improve the latency issue. Will be more pro active next time.
