When I start Magelo Sync it starts but does not open the Magelo site. The following is from the error log.

I tried deleting the sync.properties file as directed from the known list of errors information but that action has not yielded any positive results. At this point I don't have any direction to figure this out. I paid for a premium account and it would be lovely if I could use it.

Do you mean it does not start EQ ? When you start Magelo Sync, normally nothing happen, it is not supposed to open Magelo website..
Once a game is detected it will react to it and the next time will display a launch pad to quickly start any of the previously detected game. Additionally, in the settings, you can toggle an option to automatically start the last game you played.
