I HAVE PURCHASED THE UPDATE AND IT STILL NOT CONNECT MY CHARACTER TO MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN I TRY TO EMAIL TECH IT SAY I NEED TO BUY A PREMIUM ACCOUNT WHICH I HAVE.

IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND STILL NOTHING. POSTED IN BUG REPORT WITH NO REPONSE. SO YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT A BROKEN ACCOUNT.

Dont need to use all caps, thanks. You wont be able to auto update your character at this time anyways due to the recent patch. Everyone(even the people that pay) have to wait for Magelo to get patched before they can auto-update their characters.

However if Tech says you need to buy a premium acct when it shows you have one, that could be a problem(unless that got fixed?).

I got a prem account had one since june 07 and it says i need to upgrade for tech support thing to.
