Count me as affected. I box three accounts on one PC and it's a real hassle to have to log them in individually just to update them. Please put back multi-sync.

Add me to the list, of course at this stage I would be thrilled to even be able to sync ONE toon=P hasn't worked for me yet. At any rate I do not understand why you would even remove a much used feature/shrug. But count me in for getting it back

I too am affected by this. I tend to run 3 EQ sessions on one computer. At least be able to select which session to sync, so I can get them all synced would be great. Thanks.

I really like the look and feel of the new client.

Count me in on the RETURN This Feature brigade. I run 2 accounts on 1 PC, and always loved being able to sync all the toons I had been on during my daily sessions, with only 1 key. I do a lot of swapping from toon to toon also, and having to go out and sync each time I switch is impossible.

I've also run into the Only Registers First Account Opened SNAFU. This has got to be fixed. I'm with the rest of the gang. NOT pleased that Magelo screwed up our functionality, while they attempt to go after new customers from WoW.

I want my old Updater back. I don't care about the pretty pictures. I don't even look at the pictures on the Updater. I check the toons to make sure they are all there, and press a button, and go back to my gaming.

Please PLEASE Fix this, ASAP.

Almost forgot, the auto-export to my system isn't work any more either.

I run 3 accounts all on different PC's.

PC #1: I have no major issues, just a little increase in lag.
PC #2: Takes almost 5 mins to log into EQ with Sync running. Major lag issues once in game. Task Manager shows Sync using almost 100% CPU usage.
PC #3: Can not even log in running Sync.

I am also impacted by this. I run two accounts on one pc and a third on another. I would really like to see this added back.

Same problem, wineq2 with multiple accounts running - from 2 accounts up to 7 accounts - it doesnt matter - it can only detect 1 account. Camping that 1 account and it does not even detect any other account it just has the message "Magelo Sync is trying to Detect your currently loged character, please wait" everything works fine with just 1 account logged in tho.

Same problem as everyone else - 1 computer multiple accounts running.

Hell it tells me I cant sync any characters says my Slots are full. Been like this for over 3 months


STILL NO HELP

I have called paypal and it seems you can get your money back you just have to prove non-performace I am lucky since I have all the help tickets and posts that date back for months of not being able to use this product. IT is a shame since I have been a magelo user for so long.
