i just bought premium tonight and everything i try to click on brings me back to asking if i want to sign up for premium what do i need to do? and when i try to hit the customize button i get an error message but i dont have an alternate account can someone help plz?

You may have to clear your browser cache to see the changes reflected in your account - I would recommend doing that. According to the records, your account is Premium and should work fine - I've just checked the details.
