Ok i am a bit confused. This morning 02 Feb. I received 2 emails saying my account was about to expire and one saying my acount had expired. Expiry date last Nov. I recently re-newed my account and i just checked, its still valid. So why the 3 month old emails? Copy below

Same thing here, guess someone hit a wrong key somewhere, my renewal date was also in november and i renewed in plenty of time and checking it shows im good to go.

I think those emails are supposed to have arrived earlier, but got delayed due to some server issues. Chree, Mystearia, can you folks check the date on those emails and see if they were sent a little before your current subscription was made please? The server shouldn't be sending them otherwise.

Edit: Nevermind, seems like an issue with the email server itself. Please do not worry; you can check the remaining subscription time on your accounts by going to My account from the website.
