Spell: Hungry Flames

Spell Effect: Surrounds your target in a blazing magical shield that causes damage to anything that strikes them for a short time. When they have been struck by melee ten times the flaming shield will inflict greater damage, and again after ten more melee strikes. After thirty total strikes the effect will fade.
