I recently updated my character's gear using the Sync, and on the website I can go in to edit gear and see the current stuff, however when viewing my profile ( http://eq.magelo.com/profile/1345188 ) it shows the old gear with a last update date of Jan 24 instead of Feb 28

It was a cache issue on our hand. Your profile is showing now the correct last update date.

The issue has been fixed when we restarted our server and so forced a refresh on our cache. It can happens again, so we are still working on it. Please keep us posted if it comes back. Thank you!

My characters, main, is also showing outdated gear. tried synchronizing multiple times but nothing.

Hi Tsavong Lah,
I can see your character has been synchronized on March 15 2012.
Could you please give me more details? Just give me an example of a slot that shows outdated item with the item it should show. thank you.

Every item except primary is old. Ears should be Decorative Earhook of the Tides/Glumbs Trinket of Tactical Cowardice, hat should be Troopers Gem Covered Hat, back should be Nightleapers Cloak of hidden Malice etc etc

Bi there, any solution to my inability to see updated gear or do I need to just manually uodage four toons worth of gear?

Tsavong Lah, I am sorry, I didn't noticed before you have a registered account.
So this is normal that Magelo Sync only synchronize your character identity and guild info.
You need a premium account or you need to be under the trial to be able to fully sync your characters automatically. Otherwise, you need in fact to edit them one by one.
I don't know why I didn't noticed that before. Really sorry, I could have answer you a long time ago.
