When I run Sync it gives me an error on the load screen "The launcher was unable to download a required file (/sync/launcher/11/sync.launch?11.1340064758322)." Why am I getting this error? I have uninstalled and reinstalled JRE step by step via your support forum, and reset IE internet options back to default, and still this error pops up.

Hello Twotone and sorry for the late reply,
This error message indicates Magelo Sync have some issue to connect to our server.
Could you please check your firewall is not blocking Magelo Sync?
Please let me know how it goes.
Thank you

I don't use a firewall or anti virus. The sync program is too finicky imo. Just saying...

The file is there: http://www.magelocdn.com/sync/launcher/11/sync.launch?11.1340064758322
As you can see, it is easily accessible from any browser, so Magelo Sync cannot access this file because of a configuration on your computer.

Windows 7 or even XP I believe has an integrated Firewall that is activated by default. Could you please double check that?

A proxy could also be the reason why Magelo Sync cannot access this file. To your knowledge, do you happen to use a Proxy? You can check this in your computer settings: control panel > Internet options > Connections tab > Lan settings button > Proxy server.

If you still have a problem, please let me know what version of windows do you have on your computer? what version of Java did you installed? what browser are you using?

Thanks!

I assume this issue is now fixed as your character has been synchronized recently.
