my Magelo wont update even when i sync .. ive done it at least 10 times the past few days so i can get my stats to my guild and it never updated . am i paying for this for nothing ? whats the deal here

Hello naturekid,

Please do not worries, we will find a solution to your issue. Bugs appends and we always fix them.

I checked your account and I don't see any character associated to it (username "naturekid").
Do you have another Magelo account?
Do you get any error message from Magelo Sync?

To better understand what is going on, could you please also provide the log file of Magelo Sync? You just need to try again to sync your character and press Ctrl+Shift+L to get the log, keeping the focus on Magelo Sync. A window will appear and you can copy its content in your reply.

i deleted all the toons it was showing me to see if it would fix naturekid . i resynced it today and its still not giving the right stats and showing old gear on naturekid . user name is naturekid69

seems that my account is not active even after payment ... im done here this sight is crap its been almost a week and still no reply with help .. im caneling what ever account my cards getting charged to and its the last money u will ever see from me . WHat a way to do busniess !

I couldn't help but notice that your "naturekid" account is Premium and your "naturekid69" is Registered. Could this be the problem, perhaps?

it is the problem .. i noticed it the other day and im sorry for the rant .. just been getting on my nerves spending endless hours trying to get it fixed .. the email on the naturekid is blackoutsoldier and is a very old email not even active at all ... not even a chance of getting it back ... is there anyway if i can provide the CC # on naturekid that i can get it transferred to naturekid69 ? other wise i wasted my money all together . give me a way to send the info and i have np doing so . the account naturekid cant be used couse i dont have it under a valid email anymore and no way of knowing the password

canel that i got it i remembered PW .. just delete the naturekid 69 plz its bugging me i think .

/sigh , still not working right .. only message i get is < magelo sync is trying to detect your currently logged character , please wait .....if your character dosnt appear after a few seconds , let us know using support forums. ) so here i am

Hello naturekid,

There was a game update on June 27 and we are working on the update of Magelo Sync, so until it's done, you cannot sync your characters. We will post an update on the homepage as soon as you can try again.

Could you please confirm you want us to delete naturekid69 account? There are characters recently synced on it, so I want to be sure this is what you want.

I wanted also to let you know I granted your account 1 extra week to compensate the time lost with all those issues. Have a good week-end!

Has this issue been resolved? I am unable to sync as well. When I run the sync, it loads, tries to patch the game module, then no characters show up. Just curious, it worked just fine for me prior to the last EQ game patch.

Yes Magelo Sync was patched on July 1 and I can see your character Stky freshly updated from yesterday, so do you still have an issue?
