I tried updating my magelo account using the sync process and it shows confirmation that sync was completed but the character does not shhow new items.

Hello clydgar,

Your Premium subscription expired in May 2012. You should have received an email from us to remind you about it. With a registered account, Magelo Sync only synchronized your character identity and guild information. You can renew your subscription in your account page or directly from the Premium page. Please double check the email address we use to contact you is still active.

How strange I did not receive any e-mail and I checked my e-mail address is correct. I usually always renewed when receiving the e-mail cause got the extra 3 months.

Jelan just told me there was an issue in the notification system he recently fixed. So you probably didn't received the email because of that. Sorry for this problem.
