Two of my profiles, Valikk 1962042 and Vuncar 1341748, have become unavailable. When attempting to view either profile I get the System Error screen:
"Whoops ! An error occurred while you were browsing this page.
If it is the first time this problem occurs, try to reload this page from the left menu.
If the problem keeps happening, go to the forums to get some help."
All of my other character profiles load normally. Just those two are borked.

The same as well with me. My profile 1333410 is unavailable. I only get the system error message.

im having the same issue profile number 2086217 updated it tonight after getting a few VOA T2 raid drops now i cant see my profile, tells me whoops error!

After some discussion and some trial and error, the problem causing profile to break with "System Error" seems to be related to cultural BP and the number of augment slots it contains.
Slot 1, type 7 (General: Group)
Slot 2, type 16 (Crafted: Group)
Slot 3, type 17 (Crafted: Raid)
Slot 4, type 15 (Emblem)
Slot 5, type 21 (Special Ornamentation)
Hidden (Power Source)
I have augments installed in all of the above slots. I removed them all, and re-sync'd after installing each one-by-one in order to identify at which point the profile breaks. I am able to sync without problem with augments installed in all five visible augment slots. However, the profile breaks with Power Source equipped. If I remove my equipped Power Source, and then sync without it, profile displays fine. If I re-install Power Source and sync again, profile once again breaks with "System Error".

Hey Tobynn thanks for that fast response,
i took my power source off like u stated u did and it works fine. i wonder what could cause it to bug like that? werid...but that for figuring it out!!

I am having the same problem with the powersource in when Sync'n. If I Sync with the powersource out it works fine, but if it's in when i Sync I get a whoops error when trying to look at it. The profile I am having this trouble with is 2086548.

A temporary solution is to take out the chest, run magelo and update it. After you get a successful magelo, go and edit in the chest. You will have the benefits of the orb and it will be correct, not authentic, but correct.
