Good afternoon,
I am running Magelo for four (4) EQ accounts. I am able to sync three, but this fourth will not sync. I have upgraded the account to allow 8 slots total. The log file from the last attempt I made with the fourth account is below.

Hi throg123,
Issue was on our side and it has been fixed! You should be able to sync this character just fine now.
