I can log into the website fine but I can not log into Magelo Sync

Please have a look at this topic: https://eq.magelo.com/forum/messages.jspa?topic=33879 Essentially just update your password. Either using the update password button in my account section or by logging out, going to the login page and clicking the forgot password link to reset your password. It should solve your issue, let me know how it goes, thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
