Messages in topic: Sync not picking up my character

Hello,
When I log into sync, under My Character, the sync option isn't showing. All it says is Magelo Sync is trying to detect your currently logged in character, please wait. I am logged in. I can pull my toon up in my characters and it shows my sync from a year ago.

EQ was just patched yesterday (2012-02-12)... As with every patch, adjustments need to be made to the Magelo Sync program before it works again (Magelo auto-updates itself when that fix is implemented) . This usually only takes a few days to a week.
As for BELLA1976:
I expect (without knowing further details) there is potentially a disjoint between the Magelo version and the EQ version. This happens if Magelo updates but you haven't patched your EQ (i.e. can happen if you use ISBOXER, etc. which bypasses LaunchPad that updates your EQ). This usually just requires a simple run of LaunchPad to sync the new EQ binaries (can't hurt to also validate assets).

Magelo Sync has been patched, it should now detect your characters just fine.

...and of course EQ pushes an emergency patch today
