Yo just got a premium account trial, trying to sync my main and not having luck. I hit sync, seemed like it worked, then tried to go online and check my character info and it tells me that there was an error. The software on my computer reads my char and his items and stuff, just not working online. Here's the log, if anyone figure out how to get it working would be greatly appreciated! Hello Whoda and welcome on Magelo! You can find your character listed in the website, under "My characters" page. The issue is on your character profile. If you try to see it, clicking on its URL, you will get a system error. We are working on it and I will keep you posted soon.
