Do you have to be a payed account for anything to work now? I try to update my character and half the augs i try to put in items it says item not found yet I can look it up and it's in the database. when I update what I can I save and come back and all that work is gone.

What browser are you using? I've had similar problems when using Chrome or Safari (even tho I'm an Advisor). IE 8.0 and up all work fine, tho. Give that a try and see if it fixes your problem.

You don't need a Premium account to use the manual edition leifendower.
I think Drazz is right, the issue is probably linked to the browser you use.

I noticed you never tried the Premium trial. You can get it now and fully sync your characters now and try out the Premium features for 10 days.

I am using IE 8 which from what is posted should work.
