As per the instruction in the Magelo Sync window, " If you character doesnt appear after a few seconds, let us know using the support forum". Have removed and reloaded Magelo Sync several times, reloaded Java, etc. and still unable to get a "sync" button to appear. Get the window but not the button.

Do you still have an issue? I checked your account and saw you synchronized your character harsh on May 14. Thanks for keeping us posted.

I was unable to sync my character on my regular pc. Had to download and sync thru another. No idea why I cant use my own. The 2 pcs are side by side but my alt uses the only one that works so is a real pain to update.

Did you changed something on your computer?
Could you please check if your firewall or a proxy is not blocking Magelo Sync.
If you could post the log file of Magelo Sync, that could help.
Simply try to sync again and press "ctrl + shift + L" to get the log. You can copy it in your reply. thank you!

We need to update our system to fully support Java 7. At the moment, depending of your computer configuration, it can cause some errors like the one you have.
So could you please uninstall Java 7 and install Java 6 32bits instead, following the steps below?
1/ Uninstall Java 7 on your computer: In Control Panel for Windows, go to Add/Remove Programs (Programs and Features for Vista), scroll down to find and remove Java 7.
2/ Go to this page to download Java 6 32bits: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre-6u32-downloads-1594646.html
3/ Select "Accept License Agreement" (radio button)
4/ Click the link for "Windows x86 Offline (32-bit)" and follow the installation process
Once Java 6 32bits is installed on your computer, you can try again to synchronize your character.
Please let me know how it goes.
