I load EQ up and then load up magelo sync. Magelo sync goes through the process and then never shows my character to allow me to sync. Just curious if there is something I am missing? What is the current Magelo sync version. Maybe I have and old one still and its not updating. Just to add I am running windows 7 home edition. All updates are current and EQ is fully patched to current.

they havent updated Magelo since the patch...Wednesday morning. So in essence 2 days. Basically just as bad as last time. This seems to be a more and more common occurrence. and is making me wonder how I can get a refund.

You may terminate your premium account at any time through the Account area. If you terminate your premium Account during your initial free period, if any, your premium account will be closed at the end of the free period and you will not be billed. If you terminate your premium Account during any subscription cycle, your premium account will be closed at the end of the then-current cycle and you will not be billed again unless you affirmatively re subscribe for the premium Account. We do not give full or partial refunds for subscription periods that you have purchased. You will not be entitled to any refund if your premium account is suspended or terminated due to your violation of the terms of this Agreement.


Well I guess this means they can take their time and wait an entire month and we are still screwed.

As previously mentioned in other threads, we apologize for the time we need to patch Magelo Sync after the last game patch. We are working on it and Magelo Sync will be soon available again. We will keep you posted in the homepage news.

This is not the way we usually handle game updates. Most of the time we just need 1 business day to cover a patch. We will of course compensate all our premium members with few more days on their subscriptions.

It is still not fully updating allowing me to see my character to allow me to Update him.

I checked your account mesmashur and 2 characters was synchronized on July 2: Mesmashur and Mibjeebs.

Do you still have a problem? If yes, could you please give us more details.
Do you have an error when you try to sync your character for example, or is the profile showing wrong gear or stat?
