Hello,

These are likely related so I'll start with saying I reactivated Premium yesterday 8/18/12 after my trial ran out on 8/14/12. Under account, it is still asking me if I want to upgrade to Premium in various sections and says my subscription ended on 8/14. Could this please be looked into?

Perhaps as a result of this (not sure), my characters are not syncing properly.

Hi jelachman,

We checked the detail of the transaction and your payment didn't succeed. We got this error message from Paypal: "The payment can not be processed because no payment source is available". It looks like there was not enough money on your Paypal account when you tried to subscribe.

With a registered user, Magelo Sync synchronize your characters identity and guild details only. As soon as you will be able to subscribe, you will get back all the Premium features tried during the trial. No worries
