Hi I can not install magelo sync on either of my computer, its giving me JRE runtime error. I reinstalled latest java version from their website and still it wont let me install sync. Exactly this is what i get everytime i try to start magelo sync: No JVM could be found on your system. please define EXE4j_JAVA_HOME to point to an installed 64-bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.java.com. Please help, my trial period ends in 7 days and i would like to atleast try it once. Not sure if I will pay for the service if it is so difficult to run.

Hi omar1975, You need to have Java 7 installed on your computer in order to run Magelo Sync. This error message indicates you need to update your Java. You maybe have a previous version installed on your computer (Java 6?) or it is also possible you have Java 7 32 bits only, while Magelo Sync use the 64 bits by default.
