In looking at the data sheet for my ranking, on the far right was a coulum entitled Mana +. Could someone tell me what that represents and how, as a wizard, I could seriously improve that score?

Mana + is your standing mana regen rate

Same goes for HP + Also remember, not everyone uses Magelo or syncs regularly, so being in the top-whatever only applies to those with Magelo profiles.

that is true.. but usualy the top players will use magelo. Most guilds require it to join.
