when I launch Magelo sync I get this error message.
no JVM could be found on your system
Please defineEXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to a 64-bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.lava.com

I have installed the java from there but still getting this error.

I am getting this also. Windows 7, Java updated yesterday. Sync worked before the update.

Could you please both check that you have Java 32-bit and Java 64-bit installed on your computer?
Then, try again and let me know how it goes. Thanks

I went to the Java site and manually reinstalled both. It fixed the issue. My guess is that somehow the auto update Left something out that caused the problem.

I am having the exact same problem on a new system with Windows 8.

I believe I have downloaded both Java versions but I'm not a techie and you know how programs have a mind of their own.

This is what shows in my control panel as my installed Java versions:

Java 7 Update 17
Java 7 Update 21

I uninstalled Magelo Sync after downloading these and re-stalled and I'm still getting the same error when I try to create the Magelo Sync program.

Any help would be appreciated. I have searched the forums and I don't see anything that would help me.
