I have been getting the following message since the patch this morning:

The launcher was unable to download a required file (/sync/launcher/14/sync.launch?14.1369456454671). If it is the first time this problem occurs, try running Magelo Sync once again. Go to www.magelo.com and check the forums for further help.

I have not found any help here on the forms for this problem and it seems that others are having the same problem as well. Please fix this problem or let us know of a work around Magelo!!!

We are working on it. Please keep an eye on this topic where we will post an update: Network failure?

Hi Guys, actually, this issue has been fixed on Sunday 26. Everything should work just fine by now.
