I tried syncing again and it won't update the charm to full stats.

Set the charms power to 121% vs 100 when you are editing your equipment; that will give you full stats. Looking at your forum login, you show to be registered vs. premium; that will have an impact on what items are updated when synching.

That worked thanks I didn't know that option was there.
