Magelo Sync is not currently working on the Vulak server for Everquest. I've discussed it with a few of my guildmates and all of us are having the same issue where our character will not show up to be sync'd. It will recognize what zone my character is in but not matter how long we wait our character never shows up to sync.

Just tried again and my character finally popped up and had the sync button but upon clicking the only thing updated was my current level it seems. All of my gear remained the same as before even though I've upgraded many items since my last sync.

I believe your premium subscription has expired which would explain why Magelo Sync is not updating your gear. If you have any further question, please create a topic in the General forum. Thanks !
