eqgame has been patch magelo will be updated soon to support this version. how do i fix this ? Hi amberdoko and welcome on Magelo, When there is a patch in the game, we need also to update Magelo Sync to cope with the changes. Magelo Sync has been updated few days ago so you can try again to synchronize your character. Usually we need 1 business day to cover a game patch but for this one it took us a little longer, sorry about that. One more thing, I would recommend you to take our 10 days free premium trial to fully sync your character right now and try our Premium services, otherwise you will still need to update your gear manually after the sync. Please let us know if you still have an issue.
