I have a new laptop with Windows 8.1. I downloaded Magelo Sync and when I tried to get it to come up I get this message:
No JVM could be found on your system. Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to an installed 64-bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.java.com.
I know there is JAVA on this system but as I am not a programmer, I haven't the slightest clue what to do. Frankly I am afraid just to download any old JRE from www.java.com. Let me know what I should do.

Hi,
You need to install Java 7 32 bit and Java 7 64 bit on your computer. Java recommend to have both installed to avoid any problem.
You can download java here: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Let me know how it goes!

I did both the 32 bit and 64 bit and Magelo now works. Thank you so much.
