Ever since the April 29th patch, My Magelo Sync does not automatically log in like it used to and even hitting the log in button gives me no response. I updated to the latest version of Java and that still did not fix it. I am not sure what else to do.

Hi Gaeadilea,
Is there any chance you are now blocking Magelo Sync from connecting to its server? It may be your firewall.
Can you provide the log file of Magelo Sync? Try again to login and then press ctrl + shift + L to get the log.

Thanks for the log. It indicates there is probably a Proxy that is causing a connection problem.
Are you using a Proxy? Did you recently install an Internet security software?

I have not recently installed anything except the new java, and as far as I am aware there is no proxy, I certainly haven't set one up. I do use comcast so it wouldn't surprise me if they set one up server side.

Figured out what was going on I went through all the settings on my various security software and discovered that spybot search and destroy added a proxy setting. Magelo is working now. Thank you for the assistance
