So I killed Frachessa the Feared a few times while magelo sync is running. I can find her in the database, but no loot table and no map with kill spot on it ?? it says 19 observed loots, where can I see that list ??

The missing maps issue has been fixed. As for the missing loot table, that's indeed strange. Let me have a look at this...

Fixed the issue with loot table, unfortunately it means that the loot that has been observed so far for the new NPCs has been lost but with the latest Magelo Sync update, it should record properly loot once again.
