Must say I am a tad disappointed. I have been a member since 2002 and premium member for quite a few years. I put in a request in the help/ tech support 18 Dec , followed up with an email early Jan. No answer to either.

Sorry for the late answer, end of the year is always a bit slower and RL caught up with us a bit more than usual. In any case, Loulina got back to you and after discussing it with her, we also decided to grant your request.
