Edit: it is probably the charm which goes over the 100% base stats, I believe up to 120%. 20% of the base 30 spell damage is 6. Further testing shows spell damage on the evolving charms give 100% spell damage even at less evolution; and do not currently exceed 100% stats. Sounds like a bug.
Best you can do is compare in game and look for erroneous values.

Each of your visible items is 100 purity except the chest at 105, but I doubt 5% purity would add 6 spell damage, if anything it might add 1, that leaves 5. Some items could have been modified in game but not updated on Magelo.
