I haven't used magelo in ages but new guild insist on its use.......
Created new account and ran sync and it worked but cant get view the resulting magelo profile because its marked private
Anyway to resolve this or can you please reset the email address of the original account.
Sorry if this is not the right way to ask for help but im damned if I can find a support email address or link to use - if its there is not exactly staring me in the face - sincere apologies if it is!

Your profile is marked as private as you are currently in Premium trial. Only you can see it and this restriction will be lifted at the end of your trial. You can then get Premium if you wish to keep your profile up to date.
Regarding your old account, if you want to reactivate it, you just need to use the "contact us" link, accessible from the footer of the website. Please provide your old username and email address. I will reset your password to help you login again.
