The progression servers have different items and spells available to them. It would be nice if a character was on the progression servers like lockjaw that it will show the spells missing but only those that are available in the server currently.

I am really unsure if that would be possible to perform, as there'd have to be a completely different flagging mechanism for Classic era spells, Kunark era spells, and so on. Spells are not flagged this way in the game, and developers specifically removed certain spells from merchants or other means of being obtained. I'll flag this suggestion as "under consideration" to see if it is at all possible, but I unfortunately would not count on it. I have 2 casters on the new TLPs as well and it'd be cool to use, but...
