Hello just noticed a lot of people with this charm have the issue of not getting the full stats on the charm. I did see one person with full stats but I can't figure out how he did it.

In the edit loot window, you can alter the strength of the charm. Unfortunately Magelo, as far as I know, reads the exact power of a charm from the server. I am unsure if Magelo goes past 100% if the game puts them higher. http://eq.magelo.com/edit_equipment.jspa?character=725 <-- use your character ID Highlight the charm item, and you can dictate the charm's power percentage. Mine for example states as 120%, so I guess it does go above 100.
