Try as I might, I cannot get the EQ Magelo client to boot. I recently updated Java to the most current version...could that be a problem? I click on the shortcut...and wait and wait and wait...and nothing happens. Help!

Hi Sylvanwulf, If it is a java issue, you should get an error message. Check out this post about java issue: http://eq.magelo.com/forum/messages.jspa?topic=14964

It doesn't seem to be a Java problem. When I click on the shortcut, nothing happens. I have tried to delete the program and reinstall, but the problem continues. I also tried deleting the sync file and that made no difference. Hi Sylvanwulf, Do you still have an issue to sync your character? The log file you provided did not indicate any issue. Thanks for keeping us posted.

No. I fixed it by dropping back to a previous version of Java. It was the only download I had done since experiencing the problem.
