Heya, 2 things.

1) I thought I was signing up for a year, but got billed double the amount. Can I get half of that returned?

2) I log in with Magelo Sync on phinigel server, hit sync, and my character does not show on My Characters list.

To expand: No errors on sync. It says Last Sync at 2016/01/05 14:57:29 and it shows on the most recently synced characters list on the front page. It just doesn't show in My Characters. I'm using the same account to sync as I do to check the site.

Ok, scratch that. My password keeper was logging me into the wrong account. I found the profile now where it should be. However a different problem...

It's not showing any of my equipment.

lol. ok I'm on a roll. Ignore EVERYTHING apart from the accidentally purchased 2 years instead of one. I figured out my dumbery on the other issues.

Glad to see there was no issue with the synchronization of your character.
Regarding your order, you purchased 1 year premium subscription (25.2 USD) with 5 extra game slots (25.2 USD). Did you want only the premium sub, without the extra game slots? Let me know.

That is correct Ioulina. I only play EQ and only 2 characters.

Hi Machail, we refunded your order. We could not just refund the extra game slots, so you have been totally refunded. You need to subscribe again for a one year premium. Thank you!
